Yes. We offer promotions during holidays and special events. Please contact our staff for current offers. In addition, when you refer a friend or family member, you will receive $50 off your next follow-up appointment.
Yes. You will work one-on-one with our board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in diabetes, weight loss, and hormone health during every visit.
Your initial provider visit includes a comprehensive one-hour evaluation of your medical and nutritional history. You will receive personalized medication recommendations (if appropriate), along with detailed guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and exercise.
Follow-up visits are typically scheduled every 6 weeks to every 3 months, depending on your goals, treatment plan, and progress.
Everest Diabetes and Weight Loss uses a holistic approach that includes medication, behavioral support, nutrition, and exercise counseling. Many patients may experience up to 10–12 pounds of weight loss in the first month. Individual results may vary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.
